Electrical Instructor – Evening Program Are you an experienced Electrical professional with a passion for teaching and mentorship? We are seeking a agile and dedicated Electrical Instructor to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do Teach Electrical curriculum in both classroom and lab settings (in?person and online) Monday–Thursday, 5:00pm–10:30pm Engage students through lectures, hands?on activities, and industry?relevant content Track attendance, assess performance, and support student retention and success Maintain an organized and professional learning environment Collaborate with staff, Career Services, and participate in school events Stay up to date with Electrical industry standards, codes, and maintain required certifications What We’re Looking For 5+ years of Electrical industry experience Valid Electrical certification (e.g., 309A, 442A, or equivalent)



Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable with CRM/LMS platforms Robust communication skills and a commitment to student success Experience in adult education or private career colleges is an asset, but not required Two professional references verifying industry or teaching experience Preferred Qualifications 48 months of recent Electrical work or teaching experience OR 24 months of experience plus one of the following: Bachelor’s degree (Canadian or equivalent) College diploma or equivalent Trade certification (Ontario College of Trades or equivalent) What We Offer Extended health, dental, and vision care Life and long?term disability insurance RRSP matching program A supportive team and the chance to make a real impact on students’ futures $35–42/hr
