This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can confidently handle customer conversations, keeps operations organized, and knows how to get things done without needing constant direction.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

- Coordinating and scheduling hot tub deliveries and installations
- Calling customers to confirm delivery details and ensure they are prepared for installation day
- Using checklists to gather all required information before deliveries
- Communicating daily with delivery crews and helping manage schedules efficiently
- Managing and maintaining the company-wide stock list and inventory tracking
- Registering warranties through manufacturer portals
- Sending and managing electronic documents/signatures
- Handling minor customer service or delivery issues professionally and confidently
- Keeping delivery routes and schedules efficient to control labour hours and maximize productivity
- Working with programs such as Google Suite, Jobber, Shopify, and electronic signature software
