As a key part of our team, the Casual Host-Expo will greet guests, manage seating, and communicate effectively with both guests and kitchen staff. This role requires a robust attention to detail, the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere, and a passion for providing the best experience possible. You’ll thrive in a quick-paced workplace while making sure every dish meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming demeanor
• Assign seating based on availability and preferences
• Master all menu items, specials,



and dietary restrictions
• Coordinate outgoing orders from the kitchen
• Update the front-of-house team regarding kitchen delays
Requirements:
• 19+ years of age with a passion for people
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work calmly and urgently
• Must obtain Serve It Right and FoodWise Certifications
• Able to meet physical job demands
