This role emphasizes equipment commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer support while traveling as needed.As a Field Service Technician, you'll work under the supervision of the Field Service Supervisor. Your expertise will be crucial in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electronic systems both locally and internationally. Your responsibilities include preventive maintenance, performing warranty work, and providing training for operators. You'll also engage in testing and continuously improving equipment performance while maintaining detailed service records.Key Responsibilities:
Commission and start recent equipment at customer sites
Diagnose and repair various mechanical and electronic systems




Perform preventive maintenance and warranty work
Troubleshoot electronic control networks and sensors
Train operators and maintenance personnelRequirements:
Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician certification
Robust troubleshooting and electrical diagnostic skills
Experience with electrical and technical schematics
Excellent communication and customer service skills
