Dayforce is seeking a bold, contemporary Vice President of Talent Acquisition to lead our global hiring for a 9,000-person software company. You’ll shape how we attract and hire talent across technical, go-to-market, corporate and leadership roles, driving AI-enabled transformation and data-driven decisions. You’ll manage a ~35-person global TA team, run ~2,000 hires annually, partner with executives, HR and Finance, and elevate our employer brand across markets worldwide.
