Key Responsibilities:
• Execute daily cleaning tasks to meet cleanliness standards
• Welcome members and guests warmly upon arrival
• Assist with membership inquiries and promote amenities
• Report any issues to management for prompt resolution
• Support cleanliness initiatives to maintain a welcoming club
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 year in customer service or volunteer roles
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• First Aid, CPR-A & AED Certification desired
• Ability to manage stress and work calmly
