Our client, MPCAN is seeking a Inside Sales Representative to join their team. As a Inside Sales Representative, you will be part of the Sales team supporting branch customer service and sales growth. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and relationship-building skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and the organizational focus to manage multiple priorities accurately in a fast-paced environment.

What's the Job?

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and walk-in inquiries, providing exceptional service while supporting sales growth.
- Receive and process requests for quotations, orders, returns, cancellations, product information, pricing, billing inquiries, and order corrections with accuracy and professionalism.
- Provide accurate pricing, quotations, and product recommendations for building materials and related products to help customers achieve successful project outcomes.
- Manage order processing and sales support by coordinating with warehouse, yard, purchasing, production, and delivery teams to ensure orders are completed efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with contractors, builders, homeowners, commercial customers, and vendors, including proactive follow-up on lead times, substitutions, and product updates.

- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to resolve questions, concerns, and product issues promptly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including confidence when interacting with customers and internal teams.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities in a busy office and sales counter environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy when preparing quotations, processing orders,



and maintaining records.
- Ability to quickly learn and retain extensive product knowledge, and to effectively communicate and follow up with customers, vendors, and management.
