In this pivotal role within the Strategy, Growth and Business Capabilities team, you will manage an insurance product portfolio positively impacting the organization's growth. Utilize your expertise in product development, insurance, pricing, and business strategy to define the vision and drive financial performance. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create creative solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define growth strategies for the insurance product portfolio • Identify market opportunities and emerging client needs • Manage product lifecycle from design to enhancement • Analyze financial performance and pricing strategies • Develop acquisition and retention go-to-market strategies
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, or related field • Over 7 years of experience in the insurance industry • Proven experience in product management and development • Background in pricing and actuarial analysis • ACIA, FCIA, or FSA designation is a plus
