Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules • Lead project teams of architects, contractors,
and vendors • Manage procurement including RFPs and contract negotiations • Monitor consultant and contractor performance • Conduct regular site visits to ensure project adherence
Requirements: • Seven years of progressive project management experience • Experience with ICI ground-up construction projects • University degree in relevant discipline • Project Management Qualified (PMP) designation preferred • Robust planning, negotiation, and communication skills
