We are currently seeking a hard-working, reliable, and versatile Maintenance Person to join our hotel team.Experience in hotel or apartment maintenance is an asset, but we are looking for someone with a robust work ethic and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities Include
General cleaning and upkeep of the property
General repairs and maintenance
Basic electrical knowledge and repairs
Basic plumbing knowledge and repairs
Troubleshooting and addressing maintenance issues
Assisting with a variety of property maintenance needs
Other duties as required — responsibilities are not limited to one specific area
or general maintenance experience is an asset
Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
Solid problem-solving skills
Reliable, dependable, and hardworking
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as required
Availability to work weekends when required
Salary will be based on experience and qualifications.
