What You'll Do
Greet and welcome all members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
Deliver an excellent guest experience and respond to general questions
Confirm that individuals entering the facility are registered members or authorized guests
Support member check-in and assist with basic account or program inquiries
Process concession, beverage and RISE retail merchandise sales




Operate the point-of-sale system and handle payments accurately
Monitor inventory levels and report items requiring replenishment
Maintain a clean, organized and presentable front desk and Champions Corner area Complete routine cleaning within the performance gym and basketball-court areas
Empty garbage and recycling containers throughout designated facility areas
Help ensure facility rules, cleanliness standards and guest-service expectations are consistently maintained

What We're Looking For
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Previous retail, front-desk, hospitality or customer-service experience is preferred
Friendly, professional and confident when communicating with guests
Dependable, punctual and able to work independently
Comfortable processing sales and handling payments
Solid attention to cleanliness, organization and detail
Able to manage several responsibilities in a busy sports-facility workplace
