This role emphasizes sourcing candidates, pre-screening, and conducting interviews while collaborating with operational leaders to understand project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage high-volume recruitment for various client sites
• Post job positions and track candidate submissions
• Review resumes, verify qualifications, and conduct pre-screenings
• Participate in interviews and prepare offer letters




• Source candidates using platforms like ATS CRM and LinkedIn
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of recruitment experience, focused on industrial trades
• Proficient with sourcing techniques and recruitment marketing
• Full-cycle recruitment experience is essential
• Familiarity with ICIMs and SharePoint software
• Robust communication with operational teams to ascertain needs
