What you will be doing:

- Strategic Alignment & Planning:Ensure project execution aligns with organizational strategic objectives; develop project plans, validate/refine resource plans, and manage resource allocations and change requests.

- Project Delivery & Governance:Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, change requests, quality, procurement, interdependencies, and bottleneck resolution.

- Stakeholder & PMO Reporting:Prepare and present status reports to project sponsors, Steering Committees, and the PMO; manage project gating presentations for phase transitions.

- Team Leadership & Supervision:Supervise assigned project contributors (Business Analysts, Application Managers, Solutions Architects, HR, Communications) and approve timesheets.

- Operational Transition & Process Adherence:Coordinate and support transition to operations; enforce PMO methodology, weekly system status reporting, and change request (CR) processes.

- Financial Management:Validate invoices from external suppliers.

What you must have:





- Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science / Administrative Data Processing, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience:5 to 10 years of experience managing large-scale cybersecurity projects.

- Technical Focus:Hands-on experience delivering cybersecurity-centric projects involving SaaS, Cloud, and Endpoint Security.

- Domain & Organizational Knowledge:Solid understanding of functional and corporate business processes with experience working in matrix organizations.

- Language Proficiency:Fluency in both English and French (Bilingual).
