Housekeeper / Household Manager & Family Cook – Niagara Falls

We are a family of five in Niagara Falls looking for a reliable, experienced housekeeper to join our household on a long-term basis, Monday to Friday. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the day-to-day upkeep of the home while also preparing a good family dinner each weekday.

Main responsibilities :

- * General housekeeping and maintaining a clean, organized home
- * Daily tidying of kitchens, bedrooms and common areas
- * Family laundry, folding and changing bed linens
- * Cleaning bathrooms, floors and household surfaces
- * Rotating deeper-cleaning tasks throughout the home
- * Planning and preparing family dinners Monday to Friday
- * Grocery shopping or grocery pickup as required
- * Keeping kitchen and household supplies organized and stocked
- * Occasional errands and household organization

The ideal candidate :





- * Has strong private-home housekeeping experience
- * Is a confident home cook who can independently prepare a variety of good family dinners
- * Is organized, dependable and trustworthy
- * Takes initiative and notices what needs to be done without requiring a detailed daily task list
- * Is looking for a secure, long-term position
- * Can provide strong references

A driver's licence is preferred. A household vehicle can be available for groceries and errands.

Schedule : Monday to Friday, approximately 30–40 hours per week. Hours can be discussed, but the schedule should generally allow for dinner preparation before leaving.
