Typical Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently operate Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck forklifts in warehouse and distribution environments.
Load, unload, move, and stage materials and finished products.
Perform put-away, replenishment, and order-picking functions.
Transport materials throughout the facility while maintaining inventory accuracy.
Complete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.
Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems as required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work workplace.
Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties when needed.

Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of recent Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck experience .
Must have at least one professional reference.




Valid External forklift certification.
Experience working in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
Solid attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required.
Reliable transportation and a strong attendance record.

Preferred Experience:
Raymond Reach, Crown Reach, Double Deep Reach, or Order Picker experience.
Shipping and receiving experience.
Inventory control and RF scanner experience.
Cross-docking and high-volume warehouse experience.
Experience loading and unloading trailers.
SAP, WMS, or other inventory management system experience considered an asset.

Experience:
Counterbalance Forklift: Minimum 1 years (required)
