Key Responsibilities:
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials (50 lbs depending on site needs)
Comfortable standing, bending, and moving for extended periods
Basic hand-tool knowledge (hammers, drills, Power tools etc.)
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team
Strong attention to detail and awareness of surroundings
Basic numeracy and ability to read simple instructions, labels, and safety signage
Qualifications:
Solid work ethic and willingness to learn
Positive attitude and adaptability to changing tasks
Previous work in construction, landscaping, or manufacturing
Experience with equipment such as hand tools or power tools
6 months to 1 year of experience in similar roles
