This role offers a unique prospect to directly impact the happiness of residents. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Assistant carries out minor maintenance tasks, including repairs to plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will also engage in painting, carpentry, and routine inspections to uphold facility standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute routine repairs on electrical and plumbing equipment
• Paint and perform minor carpentry tasks regularly
• Inspect premises and report on maintenance and safety




• Maintain adherence to safety policies and procedures
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Ability to follow instructions in English
• Capable of performing heavy lifting and physical tasks
• Familiar with minor repairs and facility maintenance
• Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks
• Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain
