Blue Mountain Resort in Canada is seeking Seasonal Contact Centre Agents to sell and reserve lodging and recreation packages via inbound calls. You will be the friendly voice, providing comprehensive resort details and guiding guests through offerings.
Responsibilities include selling lodging, season passes, and activities while meeting sales targets and delivering outstanding service. Work from home is possible, onsite preferred, 4-5 shifts weekly, 9am–7pm with weekend coverage.
