This role emphasizes enhancing user proficiency and cultivating a Citizen AI culture across diverse business units. You will facilitate workshops, design enablement plans, and create accessible documentation to aid users in leveraging AI tools for better workflow management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead interactive workshops with business units to identify improvement opportunities
• Design and execute a comprehensive AI Enablement Plan
• Create engaging documentation and tutorials for non-technical users




• Organize support sessions and network meetings for AI Change Champions
• Coordinate with HR and Internal Comms for enhanced training efforts

Requirements:
• University degree in Computer Science or Technology
• Proven experience with AI tool adoption and user enablement
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid analytical and critical thinking capabilities
• Demonstrated success in leading workshops and group sessions
