Senior Business Analyst to support HR transformation and Workday integration initiatives
Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (10+ years) to support HR transformation and Workday integration initiatives
Join a multi-year acquisition and HR transformation program within a financial services workplace. This role supports HR stakeholders, project leadership, and technology teams through requirements gathering, process analysis, and Workday-related integration activities. The position offers exposure to enterprise transformation initiatives with long-term program continuity. Candidates must be capable of guiding HR stakeholders through translating business requirements into project execution and delivery.
12 month Contract, Toronto, 3 days onsite/ week
Must Haves
8+ years in Business Analysis supporting HR transformation initiatives
Background with Workday , HR, or HCM environments
Leading requirements gathering and process improvement exercises with business stakeholders and executive teams
Experience in Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments
Financial services or banking industry experience
Nice to Have
Workday implementation, migration, or optimization experience
Mergers & Acquisitions integration experience
CBAP or equivalent BA certification
Experience supporting enterprise transformation programs
Responsibilities
Partner with HR stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process-mapping sessions
Assess current-state and future-state HR processes
Create business requirements documents, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
Support Workday-related integration and migration activities
Collaborate with project managers, SMEs, and technology teams
Support testing, change management, and implementation activities
