As a core leader on the Generation team, you will direct a group of mechanical and electrical engineers while enhancing collaboration across departments. This role requires a deep understanding of engineering principles, compounded by experience in power generation and project management. You will solve complex operational challenges while meeting regulatory standards and driving continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead 6-8 engineers in fleet operations support
• Ensure compliance with regulatory programs




• Create maintenance engineering work packages
• Review and authenticate engineering procedures
• Coach and sponsor MOCs and PI&Rs; for plant objectives

Requirements:
• Degree in engineering with P.Eng status
• 7-10 years in power generation or industrial settings
• Knowledge of power plant equipment and systems
• Understanding of asset management and risk principles
• Available to work in the office 3 days a week
