What You’ll Need Valid Red Seal Journeyman Electrician Certificate (recognized in Alberta)




Minimum 5+ years of field leadership experience in industrial electrical construction
2–3+ years as a foreman or general foreman
Strong knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code, safety regulations, and industry standards
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and P&IDs;
Experience with scheduling, manpower planning, and productivity tracking
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Attention to detail and proficiency in field documentation
Ability to lift and carry objects independently or as a team
Ability to meet and maintain site access requirements
