Elevate air navigation systems as a Kubernetes Platform Developer at NAV CANADA. Drive the development and maintenance of our Container Orchestration Platform using industry best practices.
In this hybrid role, you will be deeply involved in developing and supporting Kubernetes clusters, both in Azure and on-premises. You'll design solutions, write and review code, and maintain Helm charts while working with cross-functional teams. Your work will ensure the reliability and efficiency of air traffic management services, requiring expertise in containerization and cloud-native applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters in Azure and on-premises
• Design and implement platform features enhancing operational efficiency
• Support application teams with deployment strategies and best practices
• Develop and maintain the Helm charts for application management
• Monitor cluster health and application performance across environments
Requirements:
• Minimum three years of Kubernetes containerization experience
• Proficient in using Linux and Shell scripting
• Educational background in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• Familiar with Azure services and Kubernetes eco system tools
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in software contexts
