In this hybrid role, the Senior Lead, Reliability reports to the Manager of Asset Management. You will work closely with Maintenance, Reliability, Planning, Operations, and Engineering teams. Your tasks include analyzing maintenance-related losses, optimizing preventive maintenance strategies, and ensuring sustained improvements in asset metrics across operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure adherence to procedures
• Analyze planned and unplanned downtime to identify losses
• Develop reliability strategies using data-driven methods




• Facilitate root cause investigations for recurring failures
• Assess the effectiveness of maintenance programs

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or Reliability Engineering
• 10+ years in maintenance or engineering roles
• Proven ability to enhance equipment reliability
• Robust understanding of reliability methods
• Proficiency with CMMS and reliability KPIs
