Here’s how we’ll know you’ll be successful in the role Post-secondary education with at least 5 years of foodservice or related management experience in an equivalent, high-volume retail food service environment. Experience managing a large team of associates and managers is a must.
Experience in Remote sites
Proven financial management skills,



including ability to control product and labour costs and analyze information.
Experience working with high volume operations with multiple food concepts.
Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the food service industry.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Excellent client relationship and communication skills in French
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
Knowledge of any POS System is an asset
