Preferred Qualifications
Valid Florida Educator Certificate with endorsements/certification in both Educational Leadership and School Principal.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of successful classroom teaching experience.
Minimum of 5 years of successful school-based administrative experience as an Assistant Principal and/or Principal.
Experience serving diverse student populations, including Exceptional Student Education (ESE) and/or Title I schools.
Experience across multiple grade configurations, such as Pre-K, Elementary, Middle, and/or Secondary levels.
Demonstrated ability to foster a positive, inclusive,
and team-oriented school culture.
Proven success in building strong relationships with students, staff, families, and community stakeholders.
Strong instructional leadership skills, including the ability to support teacher development and improve student achievement.

Principal K-8 $103,000
Principal HS $118,000
