In this hands-on role, you will lead and mentor the in office maintenance team, managing schedules and daily work assignments along the way. Your expertise in diagnosing and maintaining HVAC systems, including split systems and heat pumps, will ensure that our community remains in excellent condition. You'll also handle general maintenance tasks and oversee seasonal HVAC preventive care while maintaining service records.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor the maintenance team effectively
• Diagnose and maintain HVAC systems including repairs




• Manage seasonal preventive maintenance schedules
• Oversee general maintenance tasks across various systems
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergencies

Requirements:
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
• EPA Section 608 Certification (Type II or Universal)
• Working knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
• Valid driver's license needed for transportation
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies
