About the Role Our client is looking for a data-driven HR Data Analyst to join their team in Kimberley . This role is essential for leveraging HR data to provide insights that inform strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR metrics related to workforce planning, talent management, compensation, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and a solid understanding of HR principles to translate data into actionable business intelligence.
Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from various sources (HRIS, surveys, etc.).
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key workforce metrics.
Identify trends, patterns, and insights related to employee performance, retention, and engagement.
Provide data-driven recommendations to HR leadership and business stakeholders.
Assist in workforce planning and forecasting activities.




Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all HR reporting.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related analytical field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Proficiency in HRIS systems, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly and concisely.
