The role includes creating estimates using Audatex and Mitchell systems and ensuring compliance with all requirements. Your attention to detail will enhance the customer’s repair journey while aligning with team goals and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately assess vehicle damage and document needed repairs
• Guide customers through the repair process with timely updates
• Communicate customer requests to the team effectively




• Maintain compliance with insurance client requirements
• Participate in daily production walks and monthly staff meetings

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-year experience in auto body estimating
• Basic computer skills, including ASE and scheduling tools
• Knowledge of insurance program policies and procedures
• Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
