As our clinic continues to grow, we are seeking a Registered Massage Therapist who shares our commitment to patient‑centred care and collaborative practice.
Position Overview We are looking for a professional, motivated Part‑Time Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who provides high‑quality therapeutic care, communicates with warmth and clarity, and thrives in a collaborative clinical setting. You will have the opportunity to build a steady caseload supported by physiotherapy referrals, strong community relationships, and a clinic culture that prioritizes patient experience.
Key Responsibilities Deliver secure, effective therapeutic, deep tissue, relaxation, and/or specialized massage treatments
Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation (SOAP notes, treatment plans, progress updates)
Collaborate with physiotherapists and other team members to support integrated patient care
Educate patients on home care strategies, injury prevention, and wellness maintenance
Contribute to a welcoming, professional,



and patient‑focused clinic environment

Qualifications Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with a recognized Alberta massage therapy association
Completion of a minimum 2,200-hour Massage Therapy program
Current professional liability insurance
Valid CPR and First Aid certification
Strong assessment, treatment planning, and manual therapy skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with patients
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and customer service
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Familiarity with clinic management software (Jane) (an asset)
Experience treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions (an asset)
Additional certifications or training such as cupping, hot stone, prenatal massage, myofascial release, or lymphatic drainage (an asset)
Evening and/or weekend availability preferred
