Shape safety culture at a top Canadian cannabis producer in Pemberton, BC. As an HSE Specialist, you will ensure compliance, promote safety initiatives, and lead training programs.

This onsite role requires expertise in health, safety, and environmental regulations, along with hands-on support for safety programs. You will collaborate cross-functionally, conduct incident investigations, and maintain rigorous compliance at the production facility. Your impact will directly contribute to a proactive safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advise leadership on health, safety, and environmental (HSE) matters
• Promote safety-first culture by identifying and addressing hazards
• Develop regulatory-compliant HSE programs for the facility




• Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Deliver engaging safety training sessions for all staff

Requirements:
• 3–5 years of HSE experience in manufacturing or related field
• Post-secondary diploma in Occupational Health & Safety preferred
• CRSP designation is an asset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Solid knowledge of Canadian HSE regulations
