CMHA Muskoka-Parry Sound is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner Manager for the CareBridge Clinic. This position combines clinical practice with program management, requiring robust skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. Ideal candidates will have extensive primary care experience and demonstrate effective leadership in health promotion and quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical assessment and treatment as Nurse Practitioner
• Manage daily clinic operations and team workflows
• Coordinate care transitions and attachment pathways




• Build collaborative relationships with community health providers
• Implement quality improvement initiatives for the program

Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Bachelor's in Nursing and Primary Health Care NP certification
• 3-5 years of relevant NP experience
• Strong leadership and program management skills
• Bilingual in French/English is an asset
