GrafanaLabs is looking for a Remote Staff Engineer specializing in AI and Automation. In this role, you'll design and implement AI systems that enhance Marketing Operations, achieving efficiency and innovation.

As a key player in a fast-scaling environment, you’ll oversee the infrastructure for AI agents and automation platforms at GrafanaLabs. You will work collaboratively with various teams to identify automation challenges, build effective solutions, and define the technical direction for scalable systems. An in-depth understanding of backend development and AI integrations will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop multi-agent AI systems from architecture to operation
• Build modular systems using orchestration frameworks




• Implement observability measures and feedback loops
• Develop APIs and microservices connecting AI models
• Create self-service systems with documentation for teams

Requirements:
• 8+ years software engineering experience
• 2+ years working with LLMs/AI in production
• Robust proficiency in Python and JavaScript
• Experience with multi-agent system development
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform tools
