Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with stakeholders for requirements assessment
• Analyze needs and recommend user-focused solutions
• Prioritize use of AI, automation, and Workday tools

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or similar
• 5+ years of enterprise HRIS experience, including Workday
• Familiarity with automation and AI in HR applications
