Reporting directly to the Property Manager, the Resident Manager supports effective community management, administrative functions, and leasing operations. This role emphasizes relationship development with Residents and co-workers, maintaining the standards set by Centurion. You will address inquiries, ensure satisfaction, and manage daily operations responsibly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop positive relationships with Residents and staff
• Handle Resident inquiries professionally and courteously
• Manage leasing processes including showing and marketing apartments
• Conduct maintenance checks and coordinate repairs
• Maintain property cleanliness and curb appeal
Requirements:
