BC Public Service is in search of a Regional Manager to oversee Youth Forensic Psychiatric Services (YFPS). The ideal candidate possesses a Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and has excellent skills in program management and supervision. You will be responsible for developing policies and managing budget resources, ensuring high-quality care for young offenders across various clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement delivery of YFPS programs
• Supervise staff, assigning work and evaluating performance
• Manage substantial fiscal resources and regional budget
• Develop systems for monitoring and evaluating standards
• Represent YFPS in inter-regional planning and services
Requirements:
• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Minimum of three years post-degree clinical experience
• Three years recent supervisory experience
• Registered with BC College of Nurses and Midwives
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s Licence
