In this permanent, full-time role, you will provide operational and strategic leadership for clinical services within the Health in Emergencies portfolio. With hands-on experience managing multidisciplinary teams, you will enhance the design, implementation, and evaluation of clinical services that respond to humanitarian contexts. You will also ensure clinical personnel and resources are ready for domestic and international emergency deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead clinical governance and compliance for emergency health operations
• Develop and oversee emergency preparedness and response plans
• Ensure readiness of systems and personnel for rapid deployments
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and operational reporting
• Foster partnerships and enhance workforce capacity
Requirements:
• University degree in relevant health discipline
• Significant experience in clinical services and emergency management
• Proven leadership in complex health programs
• Solid expertise in humanitarian health programming
• Fluency in English; French preferred
