Ontario Native Women’s Association (ONWA) is seeking a Policy Manager to lead policy development and analysis with an Indigenous gender-based lens. You will guide a policy team, ensure engagement feedback informs submissions, briefs, and legislative reviews.
You will collaborate across ONWA to translate community input into policy actions, manage multiple projects, and foster robust partnerships with communities and stakeholders.
