Position Title: Addictions Program Campus Manager
Status: Full Time

Position Summary The Campus Manager provides overall leadership, operational oversight, spiritual direction, and program accountability for the campus. This role ensures the program operates in a safe, structured, Christ-centered, and transformational environment while maintaining organizational standards, accreditation requirements, and provincial and federal compliance obligations.

Spiritual Leadership – Recognizes the spiritual nature of the ministry and the reality of mental and spiritual struggles. Provides spiritual leadership through prayer, scripture, discernment, and dependence on the Holy Spirit while helping others remain grounded in biblical truth.
Team Development – Builds, develops, and leads others. Identifies strengths and growth areas, delegates appropriately, provides coaching and feedback.
Accountability – Creates a culture where others are held accountable while being treated with dignity, compassion, and grace.
Discernment & Strategic Decision-Making – Able to see beyond the immediate situation, identify underlying issues and patterns, consider long-term implications, and make thoughtful decisions that protect the program and the ministry.
Program Integrity & Consistency – Protects the integrity of the Adult & Teen Challenge program by ensuring policies, expectations, boundaries, and program standards are understood and consistently upheld by staff and students.
Boundaries and Judgement – Models professional boundaries and equips staff to do the same. Uses sound judgement when managing and overseeing situations.
Problem Solving – Identifies problems early and takes timely action. Looks for practical solutions and seeks guidance when necessary.
Conflict Management & Resolution – Addresses conflict directly and helps others navigate disagreements in constructive and biblically rooted ways, while maintaining accountability, preserving relationships, and protecting the health of the team and organization.
Priority Management – Able to manage competing priorities, delegate, follow through on commitments, and prioritize work appropriately.
Integrity & Stewardship – Demonstrates honesty, discretion, professionalism, and ethical judgment. Ensures resources are managed appropriately.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Oversight Hire, train, lead, supervise, and support campus staff and volunteers
Foster a healthy culture of integrity, accountability, unity, and servant leadership
Conduct staff meetings, coaching, performance reviews, and development planning
Support conflict resolution and team communication
Provide leadership with human resource functions
Program Oversight Ensure consistency and excellence in program delivery
Monitor client progress, family engagement, structure, schedules, and program outcomes
Support crisis management and behavioural interventions when required
Ensure documentation, reporting, and program records are completed accurately
Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and organizational policies
Maintain provincial and federal health and safety standards
Oversee incident management, emergency procedures, and risk mitigation
Ensure proper medication procedures, facility safety, and workplace practices are followed
Operations & Administration Oversee campus operations, transportation, maintenance coordination, and facility needs
Budget accountability and responsible stewardship of building and resources
Support fundraising and financial revenue sources
Support admissions, discharge planning, and communication with regional leadership
Spiritual Leadership Live as an example to the clients in daily behaviour and actions
Model Christ-centered leadership and healthy spiritual maturity
Foster an environment of discipleship, prayer, restoration, and personal growth
Support chapel services, devotions, outreach opportunities, and spiritual mentorship
Community & Family Relations Build healthy relationships with churches, referral partners, families, and community supports
Represent the organization professionally within the community
Additional Responsibilities Other duties as assigned
Education, Experience and Credentials Leadership experience in addiction recovery, ministry, social services, or residential care considered an asset
Bachelors degree in a relevant field required (Ministry, Business, Addiction Services)
Masters degree considered an asset
Valid driver’s licence
Current First Aid Certification required
Safe food handling certificate required
Must be able to obtain and maintain a transparent Vulnerable Sector Clearance.
Personal Competencies Strong organizational, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Understanding of addiction recovery, trauma, and behavioural support
Ability to lead teams and maintain healthy structure in a residential environment
Willing and able to take and complete assigned training and development.
Agreement with organizational mission, values, and faith-based approach
Work Environment Working with individuals in addiction and recovery
Travel as required to other locations or within the community as required for work purposes
On call for emergencies as required
