In this pivotal role reporting to the Assistant Director of Operations, you will handle technical duties as a Flight Follower. Your collaboration with various teams—pilots, maintenance, and flight coordination—will be vital for successful flight execution. You will oversee private flights and manage all associated activities to ensure high satisfaction for client pilots and owner-clients alike.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate logistics and ensure smooth flight operations
• Manage flight planning and follow-up for all stages
• Act as a key communication link between departments




• Maintain oversight for both private and commercial flights
• Complete post-flight administrative procedures accurately
