With over five years in building envelope consulting, you will engage in diverse projects while providing design support, managing client relationships, and conducting performance assessments. Key Responsibilities:
• Execute building envelope consulting for new construction projects
• Provide technical expertise and project management guidance
• Conduct building envelope condition assessments and forensic investigations




• Assist with research on recent products for various projects
• Collaborate with BIM team on drawing development for existing buildings
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in building envelope consulting
• Bachelor’s degree in building science, engineering, or architecture
• P.Eng. or P.L.Eng. registration is a plus
• Strong technical writing and communication skills
• Comfortable working at heights and conducting field reviews
