You will address client inquiries, manage renewals, and execute policy transactions accurately. Your focus will be on creating a seamless experience for clients and supporting your team during peak times.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to client service requests promptly and professionally
• Help clients understand coverage options and changes
• Manage account renewals and policy transactions accurately




• Maintain accurate documentation within the Epic system
• Support the Service Team with client follow-ups and communications

Requirements:
• Level 1 general insurance license; commitment to Level 2
• Knowledge of Personal Lines insurance products and markets
• Proficiency in using Epic and insurer portals
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
