In this remote role based in Vancouver, you will serve as the primary technical contact for clients, establishing and nurturing trusted relationships. Your expertise in configuration management and customer success will enable clients to maximize the value they derive from Gatekeeper's solutions. Collaborating closely with the Senior Solutions Engineer, you’ll ensure customer implementation goals are met.

Requirements:
