As a Business Analyst you will maintain efficient business and operating systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes. Your goal will be to gather and analyze data in support of business cases, proposed maintenance, continuous improvement initiatives, and system requirements. Your success will depend on your ability to generate, and compile reports based on findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to process system issues and inefficiencies.

Your Responsibilities:
Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards
Develop and utilize standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specifications
Communicate changes, enhancements, user requirements, modifications, and business requirements – verbally or through written documentation – to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood
Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and recent systems, and other post-implementation support
