In this temporary position, you'll be vital in managing the Christmas Kettle Campaign’s operations. Tasks include scheduling staff and volunteers, promoting campaign activities, and ensuring kettle locations are supplied. Your leadership will support volunteers and maintain relationships with kettle sites, providing a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate activities of Kettle Campaign staff and volunteers
• Oversee and schedule staff for kettle operations
• Manage orientation and performance reviews of workers
• Ensure adequate supplies at kettle locations
• Foster positive relationships with community sites

Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Ontario Class “G” Driver’s License
• Experience in community programs preferred
• Robust skills in office administration
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs safely
