Sandvik Mining's Ground Support Division is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician. Candidates will perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on production equipment, oversee contractor activities, and support preventive maintenance programs. You'll contribute to improving equipment reliability while adhering to safety and cleanliness standards, making a tangible impact on operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on production machinery
• Analyze and implement equipment improvements and modifications




• Coordinate contractor activities for external support
• Execute preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
• Document repairs and maintenance outcomes for continuous improvement

Requirements:
• Red Seal Welding Certification required
• 1-2 years Red Seal welding experience in industry
• Mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting experience
• Electrical maintenance experience is a plus
• Robust problem-solving and communication skills
