Lead the Kysen Regional Healthcare Foundation as an Executive Director in Terrace, British Columbia. Drive fundraising efforts while building strong community and donor relationships to enhance healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic and annual operating plans
• Lead fundraising activities, including major gifts and events




• Cultivate major donor and stakeholder relationships
• Represent the Foundation and enhance community relations
• Oversee budget management and financial stewardship

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 5-10+ years of leadership experience
• Proven track record in fundraising
• Experience with Board interactions and reports
• Solid strategic and communication skills
