PositionSummary
As a BottleSorter, you will play a key role in delivering excellent service to ourcustomers while ensuring productive and accurate sorting of recyclablematerials.
KeyResponsibilities
Accurately count and inspectreturned containers
Sort bottles, cans, and otherrecyclables by material type
Transport materials and equipmentmanually or using powered equipment
Operate machinery such as balers, forklifts, or automated counting systems (if certified)
Maintain cleanliness of work areaand equipment
Assist with other generalwarehouse duties as required
Qualifications& Skills
Ability to work effectively aspart of a team
Solid attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Previous experience in a bottledepot or warehouse setting is an asset
Experience with balers, forklifts, or automated equipment is an asset
Must be dependable and punctual
