Norcada is seeking a full time MEMS Process Engineer to join our MEMS manufacturing team. Applicants should hold postgraduate degrees and possess hands-on experience in MEMS or semiconductor production. This role involves troubleshooting quality issues, developing recent products, and optimizing processes utilizing advanced manufacturing techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop innovative MEMS products
• Troubleshoot and address process and product quality issues
• Optimize manufacturing processes using Design of Experiment (DOE)
• Create and maintain processing documentation
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in operations
Requirements:
• MSc or PhD in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or Materials Science
• Hands-on MEMS or semiconductor fabrication experience
• Knowledge of microfabrication techniques including UV lithography
• Proficiency with metrology tools like scanning electron microscopy
• Strong English communication and team collaboration skills
