Timber-Tech Truss is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead the design team responsible for engineered wood products and truss systems. You will oversee the transition to centralized design, ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective output, and collaborate with the General Manager.
The role may require occasional site visits and travel to our Lethbridge location. You will mentor staff, set standards, and improve processes across locations.
